How much does a digital invitation cost?

Digital invitations are currently free to use. You can create, customize, and share your invitation without any charges.

How many invitations can I send?

You can send unlimited invitations for free.

Can I print the invitation?

Yes, you can download and print a PDF version of your invitation. This feature is available for all users.

How long will the invitation be available online?

Your invitation will be available online for one year from the event date. You can download a copy for permanent records.

Is my invitation private?

Your invitation is accessible only to those who have the link. It's not searchable on the web, but it's not password-protected by default. You control who sees it by managing who you share the link with.

Do I need to register to create an invitation?

Yes, registration is required to manage your invitations, track RSVPs, and make edits later. You can sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

Do you offer physical delivery of invitations?

No, we specialize in digital invitations only. However, you can download and print them yourself.

How do I create an invitation?

Simply choose a template, customize it with your event details, add photos if desired, and save. You can then share it via email or social media.

Can I upload my own photos?

Yes, you can upload your own photos to personalize your invitation.

Can I upload my own design?

Currently, you can choose from our template library and customize them. Custom design uploads are a premium feature.

What types of events can I create invitations for?

You can create invitations for any event - birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, graduations, and more.

Can I save a draft and finish later?

Yes, your invitations are automatically saved as drafts. You can return anytime to complete and send them.

Customization

Can I change the colors and fonts?

Yes. Go to Customize → Theme to update background colors, button colors, and select heading/body fonts to match your event style.

Can I add music to my invitation?

Yes. Enable Music in Customize → Music and pick a track from our library. Music auto-plays on supported browsers.

Can I change the envelope colors of my invitation?

Yes. Open Customize → Envelope and choose envelope and liner colors. Changes reflect instantly in the live preview.

Can I edit my invitation after sending?

Yes. You can edit text, colors, images, and sections anytime. Updates appear immediately on the shared link and guests always see the latest version.

Can I add Gift Gallery?

Yes. Add the Gift Gallery section and upload gift images with optional links (e.g., Amazon, registry, UPI/PayPal). You can reorder or hide items anytime.

Can I add Event Schedules?

Yes. Enable the Event Schedule section and add multiple items with title, date/time, and description (e.g., Ceremony, Dinner, After Party). Items can be reordered.

Can I add Photo Gallery?

Yes. Add the Photo Gallery section to upload images. You can set captions, control layout (grid/masonry), and reorder or remove photos easily.

Sending Invitation

How do I send my invitation?

You can send your invitation via email directly from our platform, or share the link through social media, messaging apps, or any other channel.

Can I schedule when to send the invitation?

Yes, you can schedule your invitations to be sent at a specific date and time.

Can I send reminders to guests?

Yes, you can send reminder emails to guests who haven't responded or to all guests as the event approaches.

How do I export my guest list?

You can export/download your guest list as a PDF from the RSVP management section.

RSVP Tracking

How do I track RSVPs?

All RSVPs are automatically tracked in your account dashboard. You can see who has responded, who is attending, and who declined.

Can guests include a message with their RSVP?

Yes, guests can add a personal message or note when they RSVP.

Can I export my guest list?

Yes. You can download your guest list and RSVP responses as a PDF from the RSVP management section.

Can guests bring a plus one?

You can enable or disable the plus one option for each invitation. Guests can indicate how many people will attend.

Troubleshooting

My guests didn't receive the invitation. What should I do?

Check that you entered the correct email addresses. Invitations might also end up in spam or promotion folders. You can also share the invitation link directly.

Supported browsers?

Our platform supports modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We don't support older versions of Internet Explorer.

I can't upload photos. What's wrong?

Make sure your photos are in JPG, PNG, or GIF format and under 10MB. Try using a different browser if the issue persists.

Can I delete an invitation?

Yes, you can delete invitations from your account dashboard at any time.
