Q: How much a Group card cost?
The card is always free to use. There is no hidden cost. Although You can donate money if you want to contribute to website growth.
Q: How many eCards can I send for free?
There is no limit on the number of cards.
Q: Can I delete an eCard after I create it?
Yes, even after sending you are able to delete an existing eCard from your account. Only the author of the card can delete the card
Q: Is there a maximum number of people who can sign a card?
There is no limit on the number of signatures, the card receiver can check all the signature entries on the website card URL. Although when a user downloads the pdf they can only download the first 30 entries. Hundreds of entries make the pdf file very huge and time-consuming.
Q: How do I invite others to sign the card?
You can send the card URL link via any social media channel. You can invite people within the application. Click invite contributors and it will give you 3 options.
Q: If the cards are free, how we make money to run the website?
Our main goal is to save the environment by making this society paperless. We make money from our affiliate partners and donations. For example, if you click on Amazon link and make any purchase we receive some affiliation.
Q: How long is the card available?
The card will be available online for one year from the delivery date. To keep it forever you can download pdf.
Q: Are the cards private?
Those who have the card link can access the card. But, the card links are not searchable on the web. However, the cards are not password-protected. You are responsible for whom you share the card with and how you share it (email, text, social media, etc.)
Q: Do you have to register for an account to create the card?
Yes, Registration is important because you can edit or delete the card in the future. You can also delete the entries on the card. You can sign in via your Google and Facebook accounts also.
Q: Do you need to register for signing the card?
For card sign, no registration is required. But it is good to register in order to edit the card later on.
Q: How to delete entries in the card?
If a user is creating some substandard content during signature, you can delete that entry of the card. Only the author of the card is allowed to delete entry of the card. Goto my account-> group card-> select card and you can delete the entries from there. Note: For integrity purposes, you are not allowed to edit the entries.
Q: Can I upload my company logo and name?
You can send the card on your company behalf, In sender's name use your company name and advance settings during card creation you can upload your company's logo.

Our main support browsers are edge, firefox, safari, and chrome. We do not support IE older versions.
Q: Can I print the card?
A PDF version of the card will be available to download and print after the card has been delivered.
Q: Do we offer physical delivery of cards?
No, we don’t offer physical delivery of the card.
Q: Can I upload my own cover?
Totally! On every ecard, you can upload your own cover.
Q: My eCard won’t send, and I am getting error messages. What can I do?
Sometimes the email goes to the promotion tab or spam tab. Please check other tabs in case you haven't received the email. You can also contact Us with a detailed message describing the error that has occurred.
Q: How do I change the delivery date/time?
You can change the delivery date and/or time anytime before the card is sent by following these steps:
Click on Account on the top right of the screen (must be logged in).
Click the Group Cards and select your card to edit
Change the delivery date to a new date/time and click the Update Changes button.
